20' Series Screw depth for roof mounting

Hi all, does anyone know how deep you should aim to screw into the standard expanda roof when installing items like solar, sat dishes etc? I'm putting on an extra solar panel and want to Sika and screw (or pop rivet) but unsure what depth to aim for so that it gets through the fibreglass layer and bites, but not so much as to get into the foam layer too much and potentially hit cabling routes.

Specific to a 2015 full height expanda.

The wood is lucky to be 4mm not much more and the gel coat maybe 1mm......screw in gently as not much to bite into..

No rivets or screws required. Just use Sika 291.
