Electrical Red & Blue wires under fridge

I pulled my lower fridge vent off today while doing some other wiring, the original 12v white/black wires are sitting there disconnected as there has been a new wire run to the 12 pin plug for some reason, but also ther is a quite thin blue and a red wire there aswell in the factory beige conduit, anyone know what these are for?

Did you purchase the van new.
Does the replacement wiring to the fridge go back to the original plug on the drawbar or to an anderson plug.
