Regarding comments around the tow vehicle.

I am going to stick with the commodore for the short term and see how I go. I think it will handle the touring version without an issue.

Moving forward, Jeep has a new Grand Cherokee due out soon. So I may look at that.

Think about getting a second water tank, you will surprised how quick a family will drain a tank. Its cheaper too get done from the factory and then they will also fit the control panel that reads both tanks.

cheers

Have thought about the 2nd water tank.

We will be mostly doing short trips and caravan parks so water isn't a major concern in the short term.

awesome @ash99

what about the extended draw bar....................................

also, when they send you the cartoon (drawings) of the Van
think about changing the current Power Points with doubles, and maybe a few extra power points (under table for charging things etc)

Agree'd the power point under the table to keep the laptop charging is always handy

Hadn't really considered the draw bar.

We have already been speaking about power points etc. Trying not to go too nuts with them. I plan to fit a dual USB outlet for charging phones etc.
