Exterior Keys - external hatches

I've got a question about keys for external hatches fitted to current model Jaycos.

Do all external hatches come 'keyed alike' from the factory? I know it's a stretch, but thought I would ask...

(I do not include fresh water intake, folding table and other such 'dissimilar keys' in this question).

Is no big deal, since I'm used to having everything labelled and tagged, but of course the only stupid question is the one you don't ask...

Of course keying alike myself is an option, but not overly worried about it.

Another short answer....NO.

Though you do get used to the bunch of keys and really, apart from the water hatch and dropdown table keys, there are only three to worry about...in our case at least.

One...door key
Two....bed end keys ...same key for both ends
Three...side hatches....same key for the three hatches.

Side hatches .... I have a different key for every hatch

one thing I like about our beast only 3 keys for whole van, 1 key fits all except side table and side access/ genie hatch.

We have 2 external hatches, 2 different keys on our Journey. All keys are numbered so it makes it a bit easier and can now remember which number goes with which lock.

I have The following
Key 1 does the front door
Key 2 does the front boot locks and all the hatches
Key 3 does the fold down table
Key 4 does the water filler
Key 5 does the internal safe.
Not too bad I guess.
I asked for all external locks to be keyed alike if possible when I ordered my caravan.

In our previous van it was the usual - every outside hatch, table etc was keyed differently. I had a little key rack inside the van - all keys labelled individually and hanging on the rack. Just grabbed whichever key or keys I needed at the time. Kept a full set of spares in the vehicle if needed. Also had a few spare keys cut for the entry door....had one on my vehicle keys, one on the key rack, and one on a big tag (that we used most of the time), to put in the pocket when we went walking the dogs or whatever. Also one in a magnetic key holder hidden under the van. Just in case. Reckon I'll just do the same on the Jayco.

We have 4 keys, one for the front and read beds, one for both tunnel boot hatches, one for the door and another for the toilet cassette.

I have stacks
1 for the Door
1 for the frount and back bed ends
1 for the water
1 for the Toilet
1 For the front right hatch
1 for the front left hatch
1 for the rear hatches (got these put in later and use the same key left and right)
and 1 for the safe

why oh why can't they get the same key for all of them

and it is only a 14 footer
then at home another for
hitch lock
wheel clamp
safety chains. I padlock these together over a bar factory welded on the draw bar when at home so it can't be towed away by them.

1. Door
2. Bed Ends (Front and Rear)
3. Front Tunnel Boot (Left Side)
4. Front Tunnel Boot and Toilet Cassette Hatch (Both Right Side Hatches)
5. Plastic Water/Tank Filling Cover
6. Safe Lock..... I think these are still sitting in the safe

Extra's:
1. Ali Box Locks
2. Spare Wheel and Safety Chain Locks
3. Spare Wheel Drop Down Pin Lock.

Just make sure all the locks are Camec ones, the only Camec on my 2012 is the Door.

mine are all one key

Going by the consensus, they seem to have got my van horribly wrong ... errr... right.
