Well done @Smirke sounds like a good result.

One thing I did forget to mention was the door into the van swinging the wrong way, so that you can't open the kitchen window.

Others have had it hinged on the left, I wish I knew that, as they are now quoting me $1500 to swap it around.

Yes, I did read the thread concerning that, but after looking I figured it wasn't too big a problem for us. I usually cook outside with all my kitchen gadgets as I hate the lingering smell in the van, unless it's of biscuits or cake, and because I like to be where it's warm I don't like to heat the van up any more than what it is. Certainly expensive to change it later.
Also went for the extra power by the back bed, but decided to get it put at the end of the bench we are getting, that way they won't ( touch wood) put it inside the rear boot.
