Ive replied to the PM, but in case you see this first

Hi Michelle. I just followed you thread, are you 100% sure the fuel is reaching the unit. The pump is a dose pump, which for every click it delivers a set amount of fuel. You will see the fuel moving a tiny bit by bit up the clear pressure fuel hose each time the the dose pump clicks. Assuming the fuel is getting to the heater and failing to ignite, the only likely other culprit would be glow plug. A diesel glow plug is similiar to a petrol engines spark plug except it glows red hot until the fuel mix ignites, then turns off. Its a necessary part and the heater will not ignite without it, of if it faulty. Its only active when the unit starts, and once its running the glow plug isnt required, the burner creates the combustion.

The glow plug should be available as a cheap spare part, but being new your starting point would be the retailer.
