Hubby just finished installing our diesel heater but it is blowing cold air, obviously its not igniting... Anyone else thats installed one had this problem? The controller included has no instructions included in the manual.
Help! We want to go away!

Is the ambient temp cold enough? Try turning the required temp up on the controller.

The way the lights are on the controller that should work whatever the temperature outside.
Can you see diesel in the fuel filter?
Not much else can go wrong so it may be faulty, what type did you buy?

That's the same as ours and never had an issue, plug in and it worked pretty much.
Might be worth a phone call back to supplier.
I'll try and think of anything else for you.

Battery has full voltage, the led light flashes slowly so i think it is fault 1 which says fuel supply but theres plenty of fuel. Fuel pump is ticking and can see fuel in filter

what are you using for the tank, if using the one from pinnicle if flat the suction pipe doesn't go to the bottom of the tank the pipe just goes straight in.

Take the hose off of the outlet of the pump to make sure it is spitting fuel out. If its not put a short piece of hose on the inlet of the pump and put the other end of the hose in a small container of fuel and try again.
Maybe first loose the hose clamps incase you have over tightened one of them and blocked the hose.
