Hi All,

I have my 2008 16.49.1 on Ebay since Easter Monday Priced @ $24500 it has just ticked over to 1600 views has 39 watchers!! But not 1 enquiry of any kind, it's due to finish tomorrow arvo, do you think its overpriced or is there just that many tyre kickers out there?

Personally I'd go caravan and camping sales. I sold my 16.49-2 that way in about three weeks. Your price sounds reasonable but I can't imaging buying a van on ebay. (And I use it for many things so am not afraid to buy and sell on it). Just my 2 cents worth. Good luck with the sale.

I did sell an old ute on Ebay once, but I think it was more fluke than anything else. When selling the Paj, Gumtree was first for the first few weeks, but once I put it on carsales (paid ad) the enquiries came rolling in. I don't know much about the price, but I'll put it to you, if you were looking for a van like yours, where would you look first?

I have previously sold 2 jayco campers on Ebay within a week but if i have no luck i may try caravan sales

Price seems very reasonable @darcy305 . We sold our old 16.49.3 tourer for $27,500 on Gumtree 12 months ago. Sold within 12 hours of placing the add. We were offered $24,500 as a trade!!!!

Hi @dagree. What year was your van? our van has been listed on gumtree for a day so far it has had 135 views in 24 hours so I think the price is okay time will tell

I sold mine on Gumtree (and its free) had heaps of interest, bought my Sterling off Gumtree as well

Gumtree is the way to go
ebay is not that good for larger items (caravans, houses etc..............)
