Would like to bring up the mattress discussion again, had a search but threads seem to be old. What's everyone doing with the mattress? 2016 model and it's so damn uncomfortable! I've got an eggshell on it but still average. I find I lean I'm as the fold out side is lower....ideas?

Replaced our inner spring mattress with an Ergoflex not cheap, but very comfortable. Had Ergoflex Queen size at home for several years and decided to replace our van one with a double.

Also a lot lighter than the inner spring mattress it replaced.

Hint do not open package till you have it inside the van, it expands a lot.

We used a Memory Foam Topper (~6cm) for 4 years and it made the uncomfortable mattress a lot better.

Three problems were, it
*made the bed higher/harder to get into (ok if you are tall)
*reduced head room (ok if you are short) and
* fitted sheets were more difficult to fit.

Main advantage is that a memory foam topper is a lot cheaper than a memory foam mattress.

Memory Foam Mattress are more expensive than a mattress topper "Tempur" are very expensive, shopping around found Ergoflex not as expensive.
