17' Series Jayco Expanda Bed Ends Level?

Hi,

Recently picked up a Expanda OB 17.65.2 2019. The bed end at the front is level when set up but not across the tunnel boot hatches towards the bed. Makes for an uneven nights sleep. Just wondering if this is normal or the cabinetry/tunnel boot is out for some reason. Thanks!
