Exterior Door Handle (Another One)

I have just got back from a trip and noticed the lift up door handle on my discovery lifts up even when the door is closed and locked. I only noticed it because the wind was moving it. It still works and I just cant remember seeing it do this and thought when closed and locked it was a snug fit with no movement. So is it normal and I just havent seen it or is something broken. Thanks

Ha, glad you reminded me, noticed that on mine last trip, recently replaced it so not sure if design change or I did something wrong, its all working okay though..... I think they lift up when locked but never noticed it when driving down the road before........ Since I hate pulling the thing off and its working, may just leave it alone.
