We are off soon for a week bush camping at Currawinya NP with 4 other campers and we would love to get some bush camping recipes from all you knowledgable campers. Anything from dampers to exotic curries or sweets and cakes would be welcome and we can use the Weber, Dream Pot or the old camp oven.

Looking forward to some great tucker. :hungry:

The best thing I cook on the webber is a lamb rack that is roasted on the webber. Very easy too.
You need a jar of Dijon mustard, bread crumbs and melted garlic butter.

Get the webber really hot.
Crisp up the fat side of the lamb rack.
Then turn the rack over so fat side faces top.
Lather the lamb with mustard.
Then cover the mustard with the bread crumbs.
Then drizzle the garlic butter all over the bread crumbs.
Close lid. Try to cook at 200 celcius (about medium heat) for 20 mins.
Keep the racks to no more than 4 or 5 racks together. 4 or 5 racks will ensure the middle racks turn out medium.
