I have read alot of people adding extra stuff to their vans after delivery. We have ordered a 17-56-2ob which is due in Sept. Our dealer has advised to get jayco to add these extras to the order so they can be factoy fitted. The reason behind this is after everything have been fitted (eg Solar, extra batteries etc) from the factory the whole van is weighed and that weight is stamped on the compliance plate. Our dealer also advised us that you are only allowed to carry an extra 475kg on top of the complaint plated weight van before it is classed as overweight.
