Well just so happens someone was selling a foam mattress from an earlier expanda. They had put extra foam in it for a step down ( different thickness). We got home removed the foam extension and bingo I have beautiful comfortable bed and no darn zips! The great thing Alison is the fabric is almost identical to our seats in van. $60 well spent! So if anyone wants the innerspring ( has a little tear in corner caught as it came out) let me know. I'll put it on gumtree soon.
