Hi Folks,

Could someone please point me in the direction of where I can buy bearing kits for my expanda.

I have a 2012 outback 16.49.1 ...

I have search the net and ebay etc. and there appears to be two types of kits, either holden or ford. Surely its not that simple though? And I would prefer to get better quality ones rather than the standard ones you can get from autobarn etc. that are made in china.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help out here. links to kits or part numbers would be awesome.

Cheers,

Hi zerosecta,

If you get the bearings out you should find bearing numbers on them, it should be a simple matter of then going to a bearing specialist who should be able to fix you up. For example here in the Illawarra I would go to either CBC Bearings, SKF Bearings, BSC Motion Technologies or C & C Industries. In Melbourne you've got Rolling Bearings, Bearing Wholesalers, SKF Australia, Australian Bearings etc, so plenty to choose from.

Thanks Dave, Will they be able to supply the end bits, seals etc as well?

Guess I thought if someone had the numbers already then it would save me having to wash my hands twice :)

All Good this end Cruzer, Cheers

Thanks for the link - It was that post that made me want to do it but somehow missed the bearing numbers being there. I'll confirm mine are the same.

Cheers
