Tyre Rotation

Just want to get an idea about tyre rotation for the van.

When is it best to rotate tyres - every 5,000 km?

What is the best rotation sequence? Is it anything like the diagram I created below?

G day ROnEM thats a perfect diagram thats what we do at work rule of thumb - spare always to fr l/h/s and rotate every 10k and if you can while on tour check press every week do likewise to your tow vehicle ..

Rather than keeping a log book to record kilometres travelled with the van in tow, do you know of any analogue or digital hubodometers that would fit a caravan axle?

Should i be rotating the tyres on my 12 single axle ? Any thoughts. ?

Check how the tyres are wearing if wearing on the insides take them off and get them spun on the rims to even out the wear ...
