I fitted a fold out Tv mount to the side of the upper kitchen cabinet. Just used thin metal plate inside to spread the weight and stop the bolts pulling through.
When travelling, I secure the tv against the wall of the camper with straps to stop it bouncing and putting extra strain on the folding bracket.
Will try to get some photos when next in the shed.

Agree that the cupboard is a bit flimsy for a tv mount to be totally successful but it could work if braced and not subjected to wobble while travelling.

I'd brace it and keep the to off if not in use.

Some photos of my tv mount. The size of tv and style / location of the mount means that for travel, it folds better with the screen against the wall but could be folded the other way if wanted.
The straps keep it rock solid when travelling. Others take tv off the mount but I haven't needed to. The mount is from Bunnings and the tv from Kogan. Haven't bothered with an antenna - tv only gets occasional use and only then to watch DVDs or movies stored on a USB.
