Electrical Tow Pro Error Lights

My tow pro has been flashing an error code of 5 red lights then a steady orange. I caller red-arc and they said it was a brake light/wiring issue. I checked all lights and connections on my 20.63-1 and all ok. Has anyone had this issue, I thought it might have something to do with the resistance of the LED lights

An update for anyone who is interested- A poor contact on the trailer plug/pin was the issue. Unplugging and expanding the little pin stopped the issue temporarily but i think a new socket on the car is the ultimate fix.
