Was looking at a 2012 Avan Ray that was for sale on the weekend, at the last minute I looked up and saw the internal roof laminate bubbling at all the edges, and my partner told me one of the cushions was wet when she sat down under the roof AC unit. I looked at the roof and the sealant looked okay, however could have been raised at the edges. This just points out how the sealants are not lasting in our sun. The van presented otherwise faultlessly. So please check your roofs on a yearly basis as recommended. Im not having a good time finding a van in A1 condition.
