Electrical sphere microwave not heating

Hello
My sphere microwave has stopped heating food.
It all seems to be working, As in making all the sounds and turn table is turning as if it is working but does not heat at all.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

I never read the manuals, but does it have a kiddie lock? If it does it may have been accidentally set.

Have read the manual and it does have a child lock but it is not on. When child lock is on nothing works.

Had the same problem, mr Jayco replaced. No issues after that.

Hi,
Most likely an issue with the magnetron that produces the radio waves for heating. Should still be under warrenty so get it replaced.

Went in to ACC Jayco this morning and swapped my microwave over under warranty. Gave me a New one in a box, No hassles, just a nice easy swap.
Will fit it tonight and hopefully it will work.

yes will do that.

Tested new microwave on bench and all worked perfect, Now fitted in basestation all still works perfect.

Now have a hot mug of water
