Spare wheel with tool box mounted on drawbar

A little while ago someone mentioned they had their spare on under drawbar(as it comes from Jayco) but was able to slide wheel out from under van if required.
Apparentley it was a system with a cable. Can anyone help me with that thread. Tried looking but cant locate it.

I think it was a Toyota Hilus Ute spare wheel cable/wheel retainer set up. Probably similar to an old HZ ute set up.
