After getting tired of using one hand showering or squeezing in under the hand piece, or worse still my ass touching the cold shower wall in winter, I found the best solution and it cost $5!!! Couple of clips and you got yourself a full height shower head

Two stainless screws in each clip directly into the roof

Hi AndrewC, Where did you get those clips from. Ive been to mitre10,bunnings,masters and no luck.

Bias boating was where I got then. Whitworths marine would have them too.
