I have a full size glass shower door that jumps out of the top pivot point on a slightly bumpy road. It's only saved by the magnetic door edge. I think the top rail is too flexible and there is not enough engagement for the pivot pin. I have tried a small packer to lower the plastic block but may need a thicker one. Not sure if this will fix it given the top rail flex.
Any suggestions?

Any one else have a big shower door and drive on bumpy roads? If so what extra things do you do to secure it? Or is it not really an issue?

Good idea removing the door. The bottom pivot unscrewed again and there was no locktite even after I asked the repairer to use it.
Damaged the plastic so I moulded up some of that putty in a tube that you cut off and knead. Rebuilt the mount and it seems tougher than before!
