Roof top air con problem?

Hi all. Have a Dometic 2200 roof top air con on our 17-56-2. Has been going ok and then today will start for about a second and then start flashing a red light? Book says this is a malfunctioning of the E1 temperature probe (internal) but gives no indication of how to fix? Any ide? In lovely Exmouth for another couple of days and would love to be able to use the aircon again. Cheers in advance Ashley.

Short of disconnecting all power in an attempt to reset it, I think a call to Jayco may be in order here.

Is disconnecting the power something that is easy to do? I have had a look around and am struggling to find out where to disconnect the system? Must say that I was hopping there was just a plug!

Turns out it is an internal probe. Common fault apparently and will require drilling through the side of the unit. Weather is great in Exmouth so it can wait till we return to Karratha I think.

I am having the same issue with mine.What did you do to fix the problem?.I can’t find a part number for the sensor?.
