Removal of marker light lense

Hi every body hope you can help. We have 2012 16.49.1 OB and I have damaged the rh rear marker light.Could somebody please tell me how to remove the marker light assembly.It has a white plastic surround and then clear lense.Thanks in advance

Hi Big Al, I'm assuming you are talking about the clearance lights at top? Just get a flat blade screwdriver and gently pry the side clips open a bit, (away from light) only need to do one side and then you can pull light out. That will leave the plastic backing plate which is screwed onto fiberglass. Hope that helps!

It's actually the clearance lights on the side of the van near the checker plate.it has 2 each side

Ok, without checking (my cover is on and raining) I think they are the same!

The wiring may also be hard to get out due to all the silicone behind the backing plate.
