Radio Antenna

Just wondering if anyone can tell me do the expandas have a radio antenna I bought mine without a radio and am now in the process of adding a car DVD/radio and was wondering what Jayco did for an Antenna?

Hi there CG,

I also installed my own, i bought one from i think auto pro which is the same as jayco use. I have only seen them mounted on the side opposite to the annex probably for best reception but i put mine under roll out awning as i mounted my cd player in end of cupboard inside door so i could adjust volume etc without going inside and seems to work fine, i dont even need to extend it out.

Hi CG, should of also told you it is a pillar mount type with a plastic chrome cover that goes over the base.

Yep they have the aerial mounted on the Right side at an angle pointing toward the rear. You can just make it out in the pic
