Ok Guys

So my 14.44 has a few of those nylon bows (the things that turn the pop top inside when folding) which are broken. Its a 2012 model.

How do i pull them out to replace them. OD you do it with the lid up or down?

There is only like 50mm between the top or bottom of the sleve and the roof or cupboards. SO im not sure how to pull them in and out

I had to replace one on my pop top

yes the lid needs to be up
they are easy to get out
they are easy to put the new one in
alot easier than you would think

as the worlds worst handiman - I did it without breaking anything............

I dont recall how much it was from Jayco - but it was surprisingly cheaper than I thought

believe it of not

it just slid out

I had small bladed screwdriver ready to dig it out, but just pushed it down with my finger nail on it
pushed it down far enough to grab it and pulled it the rest of the way

Thanks. I will have to try but also will post a pic up because i can not see how to actually get anything out through the small clearance top and bottom.

After reading this subject I went and checked the bows on my pop top and found 2 broken and 4 others bent the opposite way in the middle , replaced 10 of them in about an hour . Had the air conditioner running so it was in a cool environment. They were $4 each from caravanland in Cannington.
