Was wonder where the camp was in Dargo? This area was one of our favorites when we had our Tambo CT. We used to camp in at Talbotville right on the river and it was an amazing spot. Just not to sure about dragging the Expanda in their particularly if you meet someone coming the other way. The Victorian High Country is defiantely some of the country sde in Australia IMO.

Its about 10ks out of Dargo.You go through dargo (dont turn off)Take the upper Dargo road,it is grave, and a little ruff but not bad.Road drops down and follows the river.
We normally camp at the Italian flats camping area.
There are a couple of drop dunnies there also and you can get pretty close to the river:happy:

I noticed with interest in you first post the pic in Dargo...this one of my favorite parts of the country, was just wondeinh where this camp was??? We used to pull our Tambo camper into Talbotville but never tried to lug the Dove OB in through fear of meeting someone coming the opposite way on McMillans Track. Have you even pulled your van into Talbotville?
