Welcome Blip
What sort of expanda did you get.
(1)Most people run a !00/110 amp batery under the seat conected to the charger/inverter fitted by jayco.
and then run an anderson plug to the vehicle for charging as well.
(2) Lol wont take long to work the mattresses out.
(3)We have a 60 litre fridge in the back of the pajero that we use to keep frozen food in and 2we usually fill the van fridge once we set up and get it cold on gas/240/
once the van fridge is cold we only switch it to 12 volt while travaling
12 volt will not cool a fridge down it on maintains it.
Cheers Jim/Tab and Diamond

Welcome Blip. We have a 120AH AGM battery which, in our 14', sits under the wardrobe. We have an anderson plug wired through to the battery to allow connection to the car or to a folding solar panel for charging.
The mattress can have the small strip near the near the outer edge removed which does make it a little easier to fold and close.
Like Jim & Tab, we usually have a Waeco in the car so fridge packing is not usually a problem. I'm sure you will sort yourself out with it.

Gday blip in our setup we have 2 x 110 agm batteries under the seat in which we threw away the charging system that came in the van and had a projecta 25ah smart charger/ maintenance system fitted along with solar to top up in the bush, and if needed we crank up the honda genny. In the van is a 150lt fridge along with in the back of the cruiser is a 40lt engel as a freezer and a 39lt engel for those beverages . Like the others mention youll work the matresses out .
cheers Russell
