Hi all. Insurance company decided our 2012 swan OB was a write off after a tree fell on it. Thought we would upgrade and took delivery of our 17.56-2 last Wednesday. A quick one night shakedown at Big 4 Swan hill,
Where I met fellow member Ben and his old man. We counted 8 expandas in the park. Let the mods begin

I hope you weren't in the Swan when the tree landed on it :o

Great to meet you up there Paul, yes 8 17 56 1 or 2's up there at the park and one 16! Very popular van, and lots of very happy campers up in Swan Hill. Great weekend away, now back to the grind tomorrow to ensure more trips can be done!

congrats. I also got my 17.56.2 with 120 series prado. How do you find it tows. Found you really notice the weight, but once up to speed its fine. I have to stay in 4th as it fluctuates too much in overdrive. Can do 100km/hr but found it comfortable at 90km/hr. With the first tank i use to get 900km but with the van on dropped to 600km before light comes on for second tank.

Yeah mate, the van sure gives the car something to do. Haven't used a tank of juice towing yet, but I'm going to monitor the use. Thanks
