14' Series moving spare location

I was at a jayco stealer today and noticed a new expander outback with the spare tire mounted underneath to the left of the entry door. It had a box to wind down the spare and pivots the tire down. Does anyone have this and how do you find it and has anyone converted to this from the one mounted in the draw bar.
I was on a bit of a hurry and should have taken a photo.

I put mine on the back bar a fold down system
