Look at rainsavergutter.com
They are the mob that do the getter for your awning to catch water. They now make an extension for the door catch. I have just ordered one so will have to see how it goes. $20 I think it was...

I can't find anything using search either.......I have just used some fencing wire covered in shrink, some have made a wire extension or a bit of okky with a bit of pool noodle that slips over it all to hold it out...... I have found a bit of rope looped around the awning barrel hanging into a bucket collects heaps of water.

Wow..mines fine
I just spoke to Michael at Rainsavergutter and he told me he had a few the same where the door is very close to the window like mine.

I have ordered the 2nd one as they can be joined together.

He said the only issue is that it may now with the extra length, but should still work ok.

Let’s see next week when it arrives.
