I know its just me - but that cupboard above the fridge - I would have had it opening down..........
only 'cause I hate when I open those up - being tall......... I have to crouch down to see into the back.........

I learnt with this Van - next one they will open downwards.........

for me anyway........

And for me...I like it the way it is....for the same reason.

I'd have to get the ladder if it opened down, then the long nosed tongs to reach over the cupboard to try to grab whatever I was searching for. It might just stay there! I'd have to put a sticky dot to remind me I didn't need it as I couldn't get to it.

:p

Who said we weren't contentious?

Hey sorry all for screen shots... this only way I could post pics due to high quality of camera.. anyway we collected van on Friday and have nothing but the best support from jayco mackay. We did take back roads to get there.lol. long story.
But the under fixed bunks storage is a must. soo much room for storage. it's pretty much 1800 x 600 x 300 storage( I can measure and get proper pics tomorrow). We did blow fuse in a/c last night and jayco mackay came after hours and fixed up as we were staying at blacks beach mackay. very happy with everything with van

Looks good! Glad handover and early teething with air con is sorted out.

(It might be a good idea to carry a solid wood block to keep under the jockey wheel in the sand. I speak from experience, having had the jockey wheel sink in the sand!...and bits for the drop down stabilisers.....the plastic "jockey wheel receiver" just doesn't last long)

Family look happy with the idea of fun times ahead.

I just installing ctek 250 duals with smart pass for fridge(this should go straight to Anderson plug.).also fitting a d035 off-road hitch and I'm sure I will have more but 1stmust use it Yeah we head straight of to neurum creek bush retreat for xmas

they started doing it on some models from 2015..............
but I'm not sure if they standardized for the whole range

Just Googled it and cant find it anywhere, its deffo not on my van as the wheel is inside the a-frame. I'm thinking of moving the spare under the van and having a small tool box made up to fit in between the gas bottles. I like the look and ease of that drop down system.

Onwards with the search.
