Downsizing to a 14.44

I currently have a 2012 16.49 series 3 expanda with shower and toilet, with many extra's and in excellent condition. I am wanting to downsize to a 14 footer preferably with a en suite.I am based in Bendigo Vic so I assume I would have a bit of travel to see any prospective 14 footers.I also need to sell my 16 footer to buy the smaller one. Do I need to say why I want to downsize? Simple Im on my own now and a smaller expanda would be ideal and more economical for myself.
