Bunk size in 18.57.9

I am new to the forum (first blog). Wanting to buy a 18.57.9.
Can someone please give me info on the bunks.
Does it take much time to convert from table?
Are they comfortable- how thick is foam and how hard?
Are they OK for adults with regard to length and the weight of the person?
