Great free-camp. Flush toilets. No showers. About 45 minutes from Toowoomba, just past (west of) Jondaryan.
No open fires allowed but signage is confusing. No open fires past this point signs exist in the camp ground, so I assume that fires are allowed prior to such signs. I also question what is an open fire? Is a fire in a drum or in a pig an open fire? Is a fire in a ring an open fire? Who knows?
Great spot if you have a kayak or canoe. Plenty of camping areas. Worse case scenario try this and if it's too busy go to Jondaryan Wool Shed where you have to pay $40/night for 2 adults and 2 kids.
