so got my hands on a webasto kit frm the UK for a bargain price. the idea is I will install one heater outlet at the base of the bed and one bet the door, running the duct work all under the kitchen cabinet tucked in at the back. it all seams to fit. this way I will have an outlet either end of the caravan.

anyone see anything to wrong with this.

also where have you mounted your heater controls.

While I haven't fitted a heater yet, a vent at each end of the van, wouldn't that be blowing all the heat into the middle and drawing a cool air flow from either end ???? My plans as soon as I'm allowed is to have 2 vents from the mid section pointing to either end, pushing warm air to bed space and bathroom, with the air intake near the doorway, but thats just theory.

Sounds good. As an alternate (I've installed these (guessing it's a 2kw diesel heater?) in a jayco hawk, jayco17.56.2, 2 jayco starcraft 21 ft vans and a coromal 19ft thing) I've only ever used 1 outlet in whatever the most convenient location may have been at the time and this seems to work really well, so for what it's worth and totally up to you, don't worry about creating too much work for yourself.

Like @mbr37746 said one outlet will be fine unless the van is 30ft long. I know @Tone put his under a dinette seat and put a T in so he could direct to both ends of his van but it was still only half a metre of ducting. I only have one outlet in mine and heats brilliantly.

I installed 2 outlets in my 21, but only because we shut the dividing door between the front and rear and wanted the warm air to be pushed into both ends. If I didn't have this issue, I would only have needed 1 outlet.

Otherwise looks ok to me
