Interior Air con freezing up

We are currently away for a week in the Expanda and my Heron 2.2 keeps freezing up, any ideas as to why and how to stop it doing so would be appreciated.

a dirty evaporator coil can cause it to freeze up make sure its clean from dirt or rubbish

Found ours froze up easier if the thermostat was put on full cold, ie not allowing compressor to cycle often enough. Having fan speed not on the lowest setting helped too.
