Surprisingly I haven't heard of anyone doing it but I would imagine the pop top would have to be removed and rebuilt with suitable support framing added as I doubt Jayco would make all pop tops capable but then again.........
I have an Ibis Mk3 fitted, 2 yrs old now and its very quiet and very cool ............... they weigh about 40kgs and I think need a 400x300mm hole, you wallet would need about $2200 ...... so you would need to make sure the roof is braced but it would be easy enough to fit once braced I would think.
Dometic bought out AirCommand and some of the others.
In my 14.44 I was going to throw away the junky Aircommand Heron unit and put the space to good use like a bigger wine rack, it was a useless bit of gear.
