We have had the Aldi cloths line for about two years, it's a three legged copy of another one made with 4 legs. It's not as stable and I got the sh1ts with the plastic thumb screws loosening. I always peg it nowadays and I have pan head screws I use in it once erected. All good now.

We are going to try the Porch and see if it fits into the antiflap kit. Has anyone already got one.

Doing the same. another mod i will be doing is attach sail track to anti flap kit on the outer side to some how attach this porch. Watch this space for another Pace mod.

Was out at the big green shed today and Mrs Pace bought a LED battery powered sensor light, so when the fridge opens up we got an automatic man in the fridge to light it up, just like home. Seeing as she is the minister for finance, go for it i say!!

OK, don't mean to ruin your party, Pace, but when driving along our lovely, over-maintained roads, or on tracks out bush, stuff tends to move around in a fridge. Sensor lights work on movement. I'll leave you to work out the rest. . . . .

No rain at all there POD; Mrs Pace thought of that, she bought it with a switch on it which can be either on/off or auto. Up there for thinking Mrs Pace.

Geez, Pace, Mrs Pace is now giving Mrs Xpandafan ideas. I'll try and convince her to leave some space in the fridge if she wants a light in there as well. She works on the principle that if the fridge is chockers, nothing will move, no matter how rough the road! She also discovered that I haven't swapped the exhaust fan light for an LED.

Having thought about this one before i buy our at Aldi on Saturday - And by my reckoning - you actually better off with three legs than four... Because with three it is much better for ground that is not level, where as with four, on uneven ground you are likely to always have one of the legs off the ground anyway due to rocking.. Thats not to say that its going to stand perfectly vertical with three, just that all three legs will always be on the ground..

Just a thought...

She's definitely switched on (pardon the pun),Mrs XP. Actually now that you mention it, Mrs Pace was cleaning up the rangehood and too noticed that lights werent LED type. Might have to put me onto that one XP. Imagine if we got the Mrs' together and see what other mods they can dream up. LOL.

Actually, Boys\Girls? I think you both stand corrected - you will probably find that the sensor in IR, therefore will only activate the light if it sense a moving heat source like a nice warm arm or hand etc. So an icy cold can of beer or cabbage that hasnt been securely ratchet strapped in place will probably not set the lights off :)

Exactly Zero, while we were away our neighbour in the opposite bay had one on these clothesline and drilled a hole in the lower section of the 3 legs from where he hammered in a peg, held it down no problem. Your definitely a fix it man Zero. Cheers Pace.

You got me curious Zero, so i got an icy pole out of the freezer (which now i'm going to have on this warm Melbourne night), waved it in front of the sensor, bingo, light turns on in auto mode. So my thinking is once fridge door opens, light SHOULD come on. Will know for sure next time were away. Pace.
